Addy Walters

Addy Walters is the lead guitarist of the cruise ship party band The Dukes Live, known for delivering energetic performances to audiences at sea. Addy's passion for guitar began at the age of 13, after becoming obsessed with the 2006 video game Guitar Hero 2, which sparked his desire to play the real thing.

Growing up in Oxfordshire, Addy honed his skills playing in various local bands and projects before moving to Bristol in 2014 to pursue a degree in Professional Musicianship. During his time in Bristol, he became a familiar face on the local gigging scene under the band name The Publix, and performed regularly various venues including the infamous Smoke and Mirrors Magic Bar as well as many venues across the south of England.


Shortly after graduating, Addy, along with his twin brother Gore, applied to an agency specialising in placing bands on cruise ships. The opportunity led to a new chapter in his musical journey, and he has never looked back since, entertaining crowds worldwide as part of The Dukes Live.
